Andrew’s passion for writing about sport performance/nutrition, fitness and health is no secret among his colleagues and friends! Drawing on his scientific background and a quarter of a century of practical experience, Andrew has been researching and writing articles for thirteen years and to date, has over 500 published articles to his name.

Andrew writes across a wide range of topics and at all levels – from complete beginners to world-class athletes and their coaches. His current work involves editing and writing for Peak Performance, the world’s leading sport performance newsletter and also writing for a number of other publications, including ‘Cycling Weekly’, ‘The British Journal of Cycle Coaching’, ‘Athletics Weekly’, ‘Australian Ultra-Fit’ and ‘Workout Magazine’.

What marks out Andrew’s style of writing is his ability to communicate essential information clearly and unambiguously yet in an easily accessible manner, so that his readers can deepen their understanding of the subject matter, and importantly, know how to apply the facts to improve their own health, fitness or sport performance.
